How Can I Join?

After progressing through the waitlist and completing your discovery call, your onboarding process and next steps will begin. Your commencement date will be scheduled within two weeks. Our coaches will promptly start developing your personalised program. This process takes time to ensure your plan is meticulously tailored to meet your unique needs and goals.

Unlike other programs, we provide daily, real-time support – your coach is always available to guide you, answer questions, and adjust your plan as needed. Our focus is on long-term results, restoring your metabolic health and helping you achieve sustainable transformation.

What is your minimum commitment term and what happens after?

Our Metabolist Reset Method is a transformative 4-month (16-week) program crafted to reset your metabolism and set you on the path to lasting wellness. Once you’ve completed this initial phase, you’ll have the option to continue your journey with our exclusive Legacy Program, designed to build on your success and elevate your results. Of course, if you feel you’ve reached your goals, you’re welcome to take a step back and celebrate your progress

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer both flexible upfront and monthly payment plans to suit your needs. Choose the option that works best for you, so you can focus on achieving your health goals without any added stress.

Health & Wellness Customisation

What investigations do you need done ahead of me beginning?

We recommend starting with bloodwork to give us a comprehensive understanding of your current health. If needed, we can also explore additional investigations, such as a gut health panel or hormonal assessments, depending on your specific goals and symptoms.

Once you’re ready to join, we’ll provide you with a detailed list of suggested tests, which you can discuss with your healthcare provider. This ensures we have the right data to create a fully customised, clinically-informed plan for you.

What do you look at in my bloodwork?

We analyse key blood markers such as hormones, blood glucose, lipids, inflammatory markers, and vitamin levels to assess your overall health. This allows us to tailor your treatment plan, ensuring it aligns with your unique physiological needs for optimal results.

I have PCOS. How would my plan be different?

We take a root cause protocol by addressing the core issues that contribute to symptoms such as irregular cycles, insulin resistance, weight gain, and mood disturbances.

I don't have PCOS, how is my plan specific to me still?

At MPW, we recognise that every individual is unique. That’s why your plan is carefully tailored to your specific needs, goals, and physiology, using a personalised, science-backed approach. This ensures you receive the most effective support in achieving your wellness objectives. With daily check-ins and regular targeted adjustments, your plan evolves alongside your progress, keeping you on track for sustainable long-term results.

I find tracking triggering is there an alternative?

We understand that tracking calories or food intake can be stressful for some individuals. While tracking can be a helpful tool for certain people, it is not a requirement.

Instead, we focus on promoting intuitive eating, mindful nutrition, and sustainable habits that support your metabolism and overall well-being. Our approach is designed to help you develop a healthier relationship with food, without the need for constant tracking.

We will work with you to find an approach that feels comfortable and empowering, tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I need meal ideas, do you provide these?

Yes, we provide customised meal ideas to help you reach your goals. Our program includes a 7-day meal plan, complete with grocery lists and a high-protein recipe book featuring over 50 recipes tailored to your unique needs. Plus, our expert coaches offer ongoing support to optimise this aspect of your treatment, ensuring you stay on track for lasting results.

Coaching & Communication

How do I chat with my coach?

You’ll have direct access to your coach through our dedicated communication channels, including calls, voice notes, and direct messaging, ensuring you receive real-time feedback and personalised guidance whenever you need it. Additionally, you’ll be part of our exclusive private Facebook group, where you can interact with both your coach and fellow participants.
